For 23 years I have been practicing massage, I use both Deep Tissue, & Swedish Massage Techniques.  The Deep Tissue massage focuses on the structure of the muscle,  fascia,  and the Swedish techniques relaxes the muscle.  Deep tissue and Swedish massage can be mixed per client request.
